PRM™ Patient Experience Manager with Friends and Family Test Technology

PRM is a tool for gaining a closer relationship with patients and staff. It uses a combination of Android and iOS mobile apps, a web based content management system and a survey results dashboard to create a bespoke hospital app.

PRM has been deployed at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust to date, with more in the pipeline.

PRM includes many types of electronic (i.e. paperless) information from maps to news to contacts and information.

Staff and patient Friends and Family Test and any other surveys can also be run from the app, with results available for electronic download.

All content is edited by your staff via the web based content management system for instant update into the apps for online and offline viewing.

Content Management System

Update and manage your content as and when you want with your own online content management system.
You enter text and images using a web interface (no training required).
The apps synchronize content as required so it is always available to the user whether on or offline.
Rapidly changing content can be included such as today’s restaurant menus, travel and parking status, weather alerts or even management communications (via a password protected area).

Use the apps to run customised surveys. Friends and Family Test comes built-in.
